Thank you for supporting my small business! Each product is handmade in small batches with care, which means a little extra time goes into preparing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
  • Orders are shipped in the US only.
  • Once your package is shipped, tracking information will be provided.
  • I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond my control.

Order Issues

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • If there is an issue with your order (such as damaged items or an incorrect product), please contact me at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Be sure to include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Additional Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, I recommend checking with your local post office or carrier first. Unfortunately, I cannot replace orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.
